SHIPPING

All orders are sent within 2-3 business days via Canada Post. Shipments include tracking and $100 insurance.

CANADA

$10 flat rate shipping is available for all Canadian orders.

FREE SHIPPING is available for orders over $125 before discount and taxes.

$20 flat rate shipping is available for all US orders. Includes tracking.

LOCAL DELIVERY (STONEWALL AND SURROUNDING AREA)

Packages will be dropped at front door within 3 business days and an email will be sent notifying you that your package has been dropped off.

LOCAL DELIVERY (NIVERVILLE)

Packages will be dropped at your front door within 5-7 business days and an email will be sent notifying you that your package has been dropped off.

LOCAL PICKUP (WINNIPEG)

Packages will be available for pickup Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:00pm at 244 Cree Crescent (Sigfusson Northern) in St. James. An email will be sent notifying you when your package is available for pickup.

RETURNS

We want you to love your Sunday Grey!

To return an item, please email hello@sundaygrey.ca with your order number. Returns will be eligible for a full refund within 14 days from purchase date. Anything past 14 days will be issued store credit for the amount paid up to 30 days from purchase date. Sale items over 20% off will be issued shop credit for the amount paid. Please include the packing slip with your return. Tags must be attached and items must be unwashed, unworn, and free of any odours or stains. Customer is responsible for shipping charges unless there was a mistake made on our end. Please include your name & order number with your return.

If you received free shipping with your order, the flat rate shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from your return.
